Small Fast Facts

      In an effort of my small venture into share investment, I sometimes asked some questions like: "How big is KWSP actually?", "Who owns XXX company at the back?", "Is there a complete list of GLCs?", "Who actually gained benefit from Toll Hike?" etc.

      In digging out those info I find these information publicly available and I would like to share them in a small fast fact style with link attached for readers to read further if they are interested to dig out more. My main source is Wikipedia which I trusted much but yet still not error-free. Anyway, it remain a good start for general info digging and navigate from there.

Small Fast Facts:

1.   The total assets of KWSP is 597 billion  as of 31/12/2014.

2.   Khazanah is roughly 25% as big as KWSP with assets (Realisable Asset Value) of 150.2 billion (year 2015).

4. Sime Darby owns the land roughly as big as Kedah to develop.

      I hope I can keep this list alive and add many more facts to it. I guess a category is necessary but I still cannot figure out how should there be done. Guess things would come naturally when the list is expanded much.
